Try before you pay

Commissioner's Cockpithas a free tier — you can connect your Sleeper league, see a real preview of the dashboard and generated content, and confirm it's worth paying for before any money changes hands. We'd rather you know what you're buying.

14-day full refund

If you purchase a plan and decide within 14 days of purchase that it's not for you, email support@commissionerscockpit.comand we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

After 14 days

Past the 14-day window, refunds are handled case by case. Depending on how much of the paid season has run, we may issue a prorated refund or decline the request; this is at our discretion. If something on our end went wrong — an outage, a billing error, a feature that materially didn't work as sold — reach out anyway. We'd rather make it right than hide behind a deadline.

How to request a refund

Email support@commissionerscockpit.comwith the email address you used to sign up and, if you have it, which league the payment was for. We'll confirm the refund and the timeline directly.
